Data protection

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the federal government’s provisions for data protection (Datenschutzgesetz, DSG/Privacy Act), every person is entitled to the protection of privacy as well as to protection from the misuse of personal data. We comply with these provisions. Personal data are treated with strict confidentiality and are neither sold nor passed on to third parties. In close cooperation with our hosting providers we make every effort to protect the databanks from unauthorised access, data loss, misuse or falsification.
