In this way, the quality management system complies with the required principles of the standard. 

The new standard focuses more strongly on optimising the core processes, taking into account the interests of all participants, which also includes external stakeholders. This implies that the manage-ment of opportunities and risks is given greater importance, for example, by analysing changes in the market and competitive situations early on and by giving ongoing and/or future projects the corresponding priority. “After all, these activities always serve the ultimate goal of increasing customer satisfaction. We will also implement these certification requirements and continue to supply a consistent high quality as in the past”, summarised David Pierre, General Manager of Hädener Rohstoffe.
